Transfer to Legoland from Billund Airport

I'm looking at transfers from Billund Airport online, and some people say that you can't get anywhere without a reservation, while others say that you can easily sort everything out on the spot. What's the truth? I don't really want to pay in advance, but I'm afraid not to book in case there are no seats available.

Where are you going from the airport? If it's nearby, then don't worry about it at all. There are taxis waiting right outside the exit, and public buses run nearby. If you take public transport, it will cost around 80 DKK Taxis have different rates depending on where you are going, but you can get to your destination for around 350-700 DKK. When I flew there for the first time, I ordered a local taxi. I had no problems with that. But the second time I had more luggage, so I ordered an online transfer to avoid walking. As you can see, I had no problems with that.
