We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor User Content, investigate violations, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts at our sole discretion. Appeals may be submitted via our in‑Platform support system.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of MWM S.A.S. or their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FISCHER INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS.
