While using Leenkup, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Creating or promoting pages, groups, or content related to illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited industries, including but not limited to:
Human trafficking, child exploitation, or abuse.
Terrorist organizations, extremist propaganda, or hate groups.
Unlicensed financial services, including cryptocurrency exchanges, payday loans, or Ponzi schemes.
Counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, weapons, or illicit substances.
Gambling services that do not comply with local laws.
Sale or promotion of hacked, stolen, or illegally obtained digital accounts.
Adult content, escort services, or sexually explicit material.
Pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick scams, or deceptive business practices.
Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any individual or organization.

4. Acceptable Use & Community Standards
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You will not:
Spam, scrape, harvest data, or engage in automated data collection.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Attempt to circumvent Platform security, modify source code, or reverse engineer.
Use Leenkup to distribute unsolicited advertising.
Engage in bullying, hate speech, or harassment.
5. Content Moderation & Reporting System
We are a hosting service provider and do not actively monitor all User Content. However, we provide a content reporting system allowing users to flag violations. Reported content will be reviewed, and appropriate action may be taken, including content removal or account suspension.

6.1 Leenkup Marks All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of Leenkup or their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written consent.

10. Leenkup Rewards (Leenkup Coins)
10.1 Description
Leenkup Coins ("Coins") are a form of platform rewards and operate as a cashback-like loyalty program. Coins are strictly promotional in nature and do not constitute electronic money, digital currency, cryptocurrency, or a payment instrument. Coins have no monetary value outside of the Leenkup platform and are not redeemable for cash except under the conditions explicitly defined by Leenkup. It is not possible to purchase or convert real money into Leenkup Coins. Coins can only be earned through engagement on the platform, reinforcing their cashback nature and distinguishing them from any form of virtual currency or cryptocurrency.
10.2 Earning Rewards (Leenkup Coins)
Users can earn Coins by performing specific actions on the platform, including but not limited to:
Active participation (posting, interacting, etc.).
Inviting friends and referring new users.
Engaging with sponsored or promotional content.
Other activities defined by Leenkup.
10.3 Use of Rewards (Leenkup Coins)
Leenkup Coins function as a cashback system and can be redeemed for rewards, including but not limited to:

Conversion into real money under strict conditions defined by Leenkup.
10.4 Conversion into Real Money
Depending on your territory Leenkup may offer the conversion of Leenkup Coins into real money, but:
The payment will be processed through a third-party payment service provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) ensuring compliance with the KYC and local laws.
A minimum amount of Coins may be required before any conversion.
Processing times may apply.
Payments are subject to both local and international tax regulations and legal requirements in your country of residence.
Leenkup has no legal obligation to convert Coins into real money and reserves the right to refuse or cancel any conversion at its sole discretion.
10.5 Restrictions and Limitations
Coins are personal and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold between users.
Coins have no value outside the Leenkup platform and cannot be exchanged for real money except under conditions defined by Leenkup.
10.6 Expiration of Coins
Coins may expire if they are not used within a period determined by Leenkup in your account. 30 days maximum.
10.7 Modification or Deletion of Coins Leenkup reserves the right to modify, limit, or delete the rewards (Leenkup Coins) program at any time.
10.8 Liability Leenkup shall not be liable for any loss of Coins due to technical errors, fraudulent attempts, or violations of these terms by the user.
By using Leenkup and earning Coins, you agree to these specific terms in addition to the Leenkup General Terms of Use.
11. Termination You may delete your account at any time via account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or suspected illegal activity, with or without notice.
12. Disclaimers & Hosting Provider Status THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LEENKUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Leenkup is a hosting provider and is not liable for User Content. We do not pre-screen or endorse User Content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.
13. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEENKUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS.
14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leenkup and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by French law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Paris, France.
16. Modification or Removal of Features Certain features, services, or functionalities, including but not limited to Leenkup Coins, may be modified, restricted, or removed at any time, in specific territories, due to evolving legal and regulatory requirements, without any obligation for compensation or indemnification.
17. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
