French international midfielder Ngolo Kante is keen to Join Manchester United this summer after the club confirmed that they will be selling him thus summer.
The 29 year old has been one of the best midfielders in the English premier league in the recent seasons but due to more injuries last season he played only 22 games for the blues.
Chelsea are now in talks with westham player Rice who will replace Ngolo Kante.
The club has already released Willian to Arsenal and Pedro to Roma both on free transfers. However the club has brought in Ziyech from Ajax Amsterdam, Werner from Liepizing Ben Chilwell from Leicester city and Sarr. The club is also negotiating the deal of Harvertz and Onana the goalkeeper of Ajax.
