An Elden Ring Items PvP fight ends in probably the most loathsome possible way, audacious in ways where it's tough not to laugh at the absurdity.
An online video shared by an Elden Ring player captures an unfortunate, and quite disgusting, conclusion for their fight. Elden Ring is really a brutal and frequently macabre experience, similar to many of FromSoftware's prior games. Despite that, the PvP community within Elden Ring includes a surprising code of conduct as players convey respect for other people whom they fight. Even in worst-case scenarios, however, it's rare to come across an Elden Ring player that's so creatively toxic as this online video captures.
In December 2022, FromSoftware released a considerable update for Elden Ring that implemented Colosseums. Players can make use of the three Colosseums in Elden Ring to possess PvP battles, including duels. Previously, Elden Ring players needed to organize dueling by themselves. They'd get together in community-organized locations, set community-driven rules and etiquette, and would even blacklist players who'd break rules. Colosseums removed the requirement for much of that, there have been repercussions.
Reddit user Bohnestrich shared a relevant video of a duel they recently fought in Elden Ring that's as hilarious because it is obscene and disturbing. The battle begins with a major warning sign. While Bohnestrich bows, a typical action inside the Elden Ring dueling community to share a certain degree of etiquette, his opponent charges immediately and attempts to take advantage of the emote. The duel, unfortunately, goes poorly for Bohnestrich after that. He's euthanized and beaten without a lot of a fight. That's where things worsen.
After defeating Bohnestrich, the opponent quickly turns and starts to throw items that are named Fetid Pots in it. Fetid Pots are, as his or her name implies, a weapon produced from poop. They can be accustomed to inflect a Deadly Poison status impact on opponents, but this PvP player finds another use on their behalf. When turned around and throwing Fetid Pots behind him, it appears remarkably vulgar.
As in the event that wasn't enough, the Elden Ring poop-thrower then crouches many times and wraps up his theater by having an emote pointing downward. It's a number of actions executed so well that the toxic Elden Ring player should have practiced it again and again. Some on Reddit explain that their toxic behavior was much more impressive than their actual PvP.
While it's true the Elden Ring PvP community does take decorum relatively seriously, it's also capable of appreciating a tale. It's this kind of absurd situation it's impressive. Many viewers were so impressed they instead centered on the player's form when throwing the Fetid Pots, how valuable the things are to so casually throw, the way the behavior matches the sleep-focused PvP build, and further. It's a perfectly Elden Ring moment, in additional ways than one.
cheap elden ring items can be obtained now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
