Good Morning everyone your health is your wealth for years i suffered with inflammation and fluid retention in my feet i did my research on natural ways too alleviate this problem i make up a natural juice with cucumber beets celery watermelon braggs apple cider vinegar tumeric i blend all off this in the blender and drink. if you do not own a blender just slice up some cucumber add apple cider vinegar and ground ginger fill it with water and let it chill over night drink the liquid ad the eat the cucumber this will help with your inflamation too.
